Browser is the next OS

We are not far from having the browser in the centre of our computing experience. Browser is going to be (already is) the flattening agent. All applications are now designed for the browser and not the OS -- cloud computing.

the next step is to stop thinking about platforms and languages and only talk about responsiveness, serviceability and scalability.

Culture change

The first and foremost task is culture change. If you can bring the team with you to understand what's afoot then we have a better chance in riding this wave.
